You will develop and implement a comprehensive data and analytics strategy that aligns with and enhances overall business priorities. You will provide guidance and direction for our data architecture and develop data governance to ensure the integrity of business data across the business. You and the team will be the primary drivers of delivering the data and insights that will educate and influence key business decision-making across our business.
Leverage data to enhance product development, user experience, and business strategy at Citizen. Work in collaboration with Product and Engineering teams to improve Citizen’s data testing and reporting capabilities. Apply knowledge and expertise in business analytics to inform and evaluate new features and experiences. Utilize statistical tests and analytics to support all A/B testing and translate data insights into meaningful and actionable recommendations.
The Director of Business Intelligence (BI) will lead the development and execution of the company’s BI strategy, driving data-driven decision-making across all business units. This role will oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of BI systems, processes, and teams to deliver actionable insights that align with organizational goals. The Director will collaborate with cross-functional leadership to enhance strategic planning, operational efficiency, and market competitiveness.
The Reporting Coordinator will oversee data processing, reporting, and analysis, providing strategic insights to service leaders, such as workforce utilization percentages and service request resolution times, while also supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The Coordinator will lead the development of new Tableau dashboards, complex data projects, and automation of current reports.
At the forefront of driving business growth through data-driven insights, you will own the product backlog for growth-related analytics projects, defining and prioritizing the development of analytics solutions that empower strategic decision-making and optimize key performance metrics. You will work closely with analytics development teams and growth stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable analytics requirements and ensure the delivery of high-impact solutions.
